Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original Mara Paris gift box and protective packaging to ensure it remains safe during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
